Westerfield Cabin - a great place to rest!
Cabin grand sitting room has great light, an impressive custom stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling with a magnificent chandelier next to the dining area that seats 6. These logs provide peace and comfort - it truly is a great place to sit!
The main cabin was shipped here from the east coast in 1977 by Jim and Marilyn Westerfield. The mint that Jim created (over 60 varieties!) still grows wild in our winsome garden beds.

These carefully hewn pine walls stand as they have for more than 40 years - simple, sturdy, & strong. This two-story log cabin has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Rustic, but with all the modern amenities, this cozy retreat is just 20 miles from the St. Louis Arch & 7 miles from Scott Air Force Base. There is a FireStick in the Jam room TV for better entertainment. The Cabin does not include the downstairs "Westerfield Kitchen Flat", it is separated by a locked door & is also available for rent.
